Bloody Mary: Final Design Victim
This is the make up design I have ultimately decided to use for my final look of the victim, I feel through all my research this is the design is the strongest and my favours lean towards it. I think by using this design my final looks with be more unique and interesting, the story behind it being more thought out.
I created a style board for my shoot, it shows my model choice and make up design as well as other elements important to the shoot. The model is a friend of mine and I selected her for her light, long blonde hair and naturally pretty face. I then decided on using a white back drop to add more of an innocent atmosphere in the image of the victim, pure and clean. I included a picture of the hair I want to replicate onto my model, messy and uncared for as I mentioned in my ideas previous. I also included my practice bruises and burn images to use as reference during the application of make up. The final image to comment on is one of the stranger ones included on the sheet, that being the young girl covering her mouth as though she has said something bad, this is a pose idea for my model, this way the wrist will be seen and follows the idea of the myth, that being she has chanted the name and shows regret and fear by covering her mouth.
