Bloody Mary: Victim Design Ideas

Design One:

This was one of my first designs, influenced by a picture previously in my research, I followed the idea of having a floral pattern emerging out of the moth to continue down the body, acting as a visual sign of being inflicted with the curse of Bloody Mary. I also blackened the lips to imply this is part of the curse spreading out of it. Also with this look I decided the pattern would continue down to the models hand and possibly further, once the mark had spread down to her feet, she will be doomed to death. The rest of the make up is simple and more complimenting the model's own features, this is because I feel any other makeup would over shadow the main impact of the look.
The hair for this look is very simple, it will be curled and slightly messy, I want the model to appear more natural and modern so the hair is going to be very basic but modern.


Design Two:

This was my second design, using my main body of research to influence its development. The make up to be done to the victim will have been the effects of the treatments my 'Bloody Mary' character will have gone through during her time in the asylum. What appears to be bruises on the forehead in this design are actually skin burns made from electroconvulsive therapy, though it is not seen here, I will also bruise the wrist of my 'victim' to give the impression of restaints that would have been used to contain 'Bloody Mary' whilst she's having an episode. The rest of the make up will be very simple to give the impression she is under too much stress to put any make up on after having seen 'Bloody Mary', but I will create the illusion of eye bags so she is more tired and stressed looking.
With the idea that she has no time to make herself up, I won't be extensively styling her hair either, though I will back brush it gently so it give them impression she has just come out of bed though the eye bag will indicate lack of sleep and a restless night.


Design Three:

This was my last design idea for my victim character, I came up with the idea to have a very glamourous look as though she is just about to summon Bloody Mary in the mirror, this look contrasting to the insane and damaged reflection of Bloody Mary. I feel this could work well for a music video, but perhaps some of my other ideas would work even better.
To match the perfect and polished make up, I would give this look perfect curled hair to compliment the make up.
